Frequently asked questions about our virtual tours:
How much does it cost?
This depends on two things:
1. How big and complex the space to be scanned is, and
2. How much information/data you want added to promote your space.
Prices can start from as little as £65 but we will meet with you to discuss your requirements and ensure the results are tailored to what you need. See our Prices section for more information.

How Long Does it take to produce a 3D VIRTUAL TOUR?
There are two stages to producing a 3D tour, the scan itself can take from as little as a few hours to several days for large buildings. A typical 3-bed house may only take 1-2 hours to scan.
Once the first stage is complete, the data is then edited and all the imagery stitched together to produce the final results. This can usually be completed within 24 hours. Extras such as 3D floor plans may take longer.

Is there anything I need to do before the day of the scan?
.You should prepare your space to ensure it is how you would like it viewed by guests and customers.
1. All areas clean and tidy
2. Identify areas that you don't want to be included in the results.
3. Remove any information that you don't want to show to the public, i.e. personal photographs or private documents on desks. Note that our software does automatically blur faces but to avoid any risk of error we recommend photographs be removed from display.
4. Think about key things that you want highlighted that we can add Mattertags to them if required.
5. Think about placing any key objects in areas where they will be noticed..

How do I share the finished virtual tour with my customers?
The finished results are safely stored on secure servers and we provide you with a link that you can embed in your website or post to your social media accounts (just like the examples we've shared on our site). If you want to develop a website we can also help you with this as an additional service.
How secure is the data?
All data is stored on secure servers and backed up daily, therefore the risk of data-loss is very low. In the unlikely event of losing any data we offer you the option of a full refund or a new survey.
How accurate is the data and the floor plans generated?
The equipment used are state-of-the-art 3D cameras that operate up to 1% accuracy. This is dependant on environmental conditions i.e. abnormally high temperatures, also very dark or bright sunlit spaces can affect accuracy. We will always do our best to mitigate these on site.
